SHM Goes Live In New Portal Tomorrow!
January 1, 2025: The DF/HCC Specialized Histopathology Services- MGH Core access has now moved to the Mass General Brigham Core Management System.
Go to the MGB Core Management System at https://researchcores.partners.org [Or click on the MGB Core Management System link on this page to the left] to explore the available Core facilities and signup for your new account. Each user will have their own unique login. Internal Customers [MGB Users] will login using their MGB User ID. External Customers [Non-MGB Users] will login using their email address. I have email all existing users Step-by-step detailed instructions for Getting Started and how to submit a service request. I have also uploaded the instructions in the DOCUMENTS menu located in the upper left margin of the new main landing page at https://researchcores.partners.org/shm/about for your reference. Documents should be viewable to you in the next 24-48 hours.
Please DO NOT enter a service request in the new portal before January 1, 2025. All service requests for the Specialized Histopathology Services- MGH Core entered in the MGB Core Management System prior to January 1st will be deleted.
***Effective immediately, you can no longer submit new work requests here in the old system***
I understand that there are work requests in progress remaining here in the old system. Those requests will be completed in the order that they were received as usual, and then the Core staff will move on to the new queue in the MGB Core Management System. You will continue to have access to your historical requests that will remain in the old system indefinitely. For any core specific or technical questions please contact the Diana Gluhova at dgluhova@mgh.harvard.edu Questions related to navigating the new portal, service requests and billing concerns, please contact Lauri Wyner at lauri_wyner@hms.harvard.edu For any system troubleshooting or issues with account signup, please contact PHSResCoreFac@partners.org. Thank you for your cooperation, Lauri
